​Color Disclaimer:-

​We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the exact color shade may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution across various devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets) and the impact of professional photography lighting. We kindly ask you to acknowledge these minor color variations.

​Important Note for Customers:-

​Do not accept a parcel if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with. If this happens, please immediately notify us with your Order ID and Phone Number. We will promptly resend your item.

Returns & Replacement Policy:-

​We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

​Return Claim Window:-

​You must notify us of a damaged/defective product within 2 days of the delivery date.

​Mandatory Return Eligibility Conditions:-

​To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

​Valid Reason: The return must be due to the product being damaged or defective only.

​Unboxing Video Proof (Mandatory): You must provide a clear, continuous, 360-degree video of the parcel being opened upon receipt. This video must clearly show the condition of the packaging and any product defects. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be approved. The video must show the original, unopened package—returns will be denied if the packet appears taped, broken, or previously opened.

​Original Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered (no signs of use, washing, or modification).

​Complete Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

​Non-Refundable Items & Conditions:-

​Customized Products are non-refundable.

​Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal reasons such as disliking the product, buyer’s remorse, or a change of mind after the product has been delivered in good condition.

​​Used/Washed/Altered Products will not be accepted.

​Verification: Our team will review the video proof and, if the claim meets all criteria, we will process either a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.

Cancellation Policy:-

​We do not accept cancellation after placing an order.

Refund Process:-

​Timeline: Once the returned parcel is received and verified by the Desiqa Hearitage team (within 2 days), we will initiate your full refund within 3-5 business days.

​Method: Refunds will be processed via UPI / NetBanking.

​Note: The time taken for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
